Our 2’s Class will work specifically on social emotional development, following directions, and language development. Cognitive objectives include: color, and shape recognition.

Another important aspect of the 2’s class is teaching self-help skills and following daily routines.

Children learn best through play and will have daily large and small group play opportunities.

Our 2’s class also promotes potty-training skills to accommodate the home and center.

Our 3’s Class will teach language expansion and social skills. Routines, self-help, and following directions will continue to be focused on, as well large and small group’s activity times.

Children will have one on one teaching time opportunities in this class daily to enable focus on individual learning.

Our 3’s will continue to build upon and learn number, letter, and shape recognition skills. Toileting skills are also a focus in this classroom as needed.

Pre-K Class is designed to build a solid foundation for successful entry into Kindergarten.

We focus on school readiness skills including: literacy, letter sounds, and letter formation, numbers, shapes, and counting.

STEM activities are consistently used and children engage through small/large group experiences as well as center play that offer’s art experiences, manipulative, dramatic, science and sensory activities, as well as children’s literature.
